So seems something is up with the stock activity and Aerospace spinoff appearing to be off the table. Selling or spinning off which 3 of 8 markets if they don't do Aerospace spinoff? They must be unloading something and getting a good price. SPS? PMT? Chunks of those businesses like Turbo that doesn't seem to be Aerospace related? Or will it just have a great quarter for income and cash?

Spin off maybe, but a sell or merger still in play. Seems like something needs to be done after the moves Honeywell's competitors have made recently.
Honeywell stock has often gone up before quarterly announcements and then dropped for awhile after them, even though H "made the numbers" despite no organic growth. Classic Wall Street "buy the rumor, sell the news."
Do you know that as a fact or are you guessing?
HBS is being spun off. Looks like ADI as well.
Previous threads are indicating sell off of HBT biz. Won't know until it is official.
