It’s just sad that people I known great long term employees that are now getting pushed put. It’s just crazy. Then they wonder why such a big turnover with staff. Take a guess.

How about when there are no positions open in your club but cashiers and you have to take a severe pay cut losing raises you worked hard for and how many years do you have to work just to get back now that most raises are $0.25.
I wouldn’t think you are a target if you are doing your job. Most just want to say the long terms are being pushed out without much validity to their statements.
No ones getting pushed out. They all can apply for another position. However, they want the one that they can’t have. Or they feel working out on the floor helping members may be beneath them? Sam’s isn’t an office setting... it’s retail.
What about a 25 year sales floor partner, am I target as well?
