As I understand it...there is one plane left to complete - then off to Greenville everything goes. Anyone else heard this? Are the positions here transferring up there?

To the replier who said: "Warn doesn't apply yet as I read it on the dept of Labor site"......

Thank you for answering my questions.

Can we focus on what will really matters, helping those that lost jobs and work hard to not loose any more jobs, no I am not management but I am concerned with the lack of engagement with us and leadership to get the job done, these post don't help, no one that can make a difference are reading these, or changes would have occurred, so can we please just get to the work at hand and trust that our best will get us through this tough period?

Warn doesn't apply yet as I read it on the dept of Labor site, and no I asked the question of HR when I was processed out and you don't have to come back, actually you would have to reapply as a new employee, so there are no recall type rights for Waco. If you apply they don't have to take you, they can take someone else that applied or a family member or friend to fill the job. Between Fixer Upper getting out and L3 it's going to be a ghost town, oh I forgot we have Baylor Football to keep us frustrated

Concerning these layoffs, could re-hiring happen if business picks up?

If you are laid off, do you have to go back if you are asked to?

Can you deny coming back when you are on lay off status, and keep your terminal package?

Is WARN apply here?

UAW rules the Leadership of Greenville with a iron fist, that is how it's done.

To shut down the company would actually have to issue a Warn Notice to State and City Officials and to the employees, they would never do that, bad press. keep scanning the time cards, pips, and made up performance and get people out will get you to the numbers, without any ethics or hr intervention it's a free for all. The UAW person is right they have the work, congratulations, now perform. Not sure how productive you can be if they are looking for work because of the lack of communication by leadership, but I heard 2 leaders talk about looking and resumes, so if they are looking who is running the ship. Waco tax payers put a lot of money into the site over the years, the last being training grants and a hanger improvement, millions of tax payer money wasted.. maybe TSTC can take over the site and turn it into a nice classrooms and a hanger into a indoor rec facility and a positive can come out of this situation... no one wants to admit it but the UAW won over Waco, and look how well they did in Detroit

UAW Local 967, you obviusly dont get it. You dont merge and survive unscathed. GVille now owns all of Waco bad actions and debt and inability to ever get anything finished. GVille will NOT come out smellin like roses. Waco problems dont go away, they just go to GVille. Problem 1? AM4ever now belongs to GVille. good luck geting THAT one off the ground.

25 Aug 2017, Waco voluntary layoff deadline for submitting (end of pay period)

22 Sep 2017, Waco RIF of MFG, engineers, at al. (end of pay period)

Do you see a pattern forming here?

It doesn't take an aerospace engineer to figure this one out.

RIFs are over. Fire the rest for any cause possible. You missed the deal, moron! Greenville rules! Do as we say, or die!

UAW Local 967 appreciates the work.
