I would like to sue them all and I will have to find an attorney in Arkansas who will litigate.
To be clear, I am very open for a class action as well.
I am sick of seeing them run away with many millions while they terminate us, the workers, the folks who built this company.
They lie openly - mgmt says one thing, and they do something else. No more kidding around, it's time to litigate this thing and I have plenty of issues to bring up in courts.

Stop being such a cry baby. Look for a new position within the company or leave. You seem to think you are the best employees since sliced bread so I'm sure you can easily find a job at another company.
Well the legal dept is not doing very good with the discrimination suit file the suit was filed a few years ago it is just now hitting courts but so far so good for the former associates
As a former employee of Sam's club that filed suit against them and settled within nine months....I must urge anyone to go for it. Google is your best option for the state you reside in. Best of luck and keep your chins down.
It's why we don't have a union...Walmart was smart in that regard...otherwise the union would be looking out for us! Bet if we did have a union things wouldn't change as quickly or often. Plus, they couldn't steal our 192 sick hours and assign it only for relatives.

They can keep or eliminate whatever jobs they want.
Why should they continue to pay you thousands for a job they deem obsolete?? They are giving you 60 days to find another position within the company. They are giving you severance if you choose not to.

Do you know how big the legal department is? Do you know what they do when they get sued?
