I want to congratulate Qualcomm on the great job creating the Inclusion and Diversity video, which gives a clear overview of policies and programs.
I also want to encourage Qualcomm to review diversity in all departments, for example HR where the gender bias is overwhelming.

The video is good but I must say as a g#y man the environment is still challenging. I wish people would leave their extreme political and religious views at home. I am here to work not trying to "subvert" your narrow-minded way of living. Go back to work and stay out of my bedroom.
