Indian.. Laid off on H1 (top degree, good product) with only 60 days to find something.. So please give the hatred a rest!!!

I think it's shocking how Cisco target just about everyone without any thought for their s-x or colour. It's discrimination that's what it is! I for one feel a very angry post coming on. Being American I will be blaming all Indians.. .including those yet to be born for stealing our jobs. Don't get me started on the management. They are just too busy managing the company to care!
Anyone the incompetent manager didnt like , or felt had more skills than the manager himself- was "managed out".
they have been targeting men and women, ranging is age from 20's to 50's with no discernable target grade, colour, nationality or length of service. There's a pattern somewhere, and once I find it, i will get very annoyed and write and angry post on here to raise the most alarm possible. grrrr Cisco Management.....

Collababoration BU in SJ, RTP and Richardson has been badly hit this time. I cant comment on any other business units.
