Special meeting on Tuesday, which Business Unit. I have not heard anything!
I hope I am picked for this layoff. After being here more than 10 years it is not the same company anymore. A managers job is now to micro manage everything you do and raises are few and far between. Promotions only go to friends or anyone in the clicks. Fidelity has lost it's way
All layoffs usually happen 1st Tuesday of the month.

I have overheard people asking managers how they can sign up for the layoffs. They don't want to work in the toxic fear culture that Fidelity has become. Layoffs or not, there will be a mass exodus of talent as people find better options.
