@jmk That’s why Apple wants the court to decide the patent value and Qualcomm argues it’s impossible to examine thousands patents one by one and you should just pay. Why open the book if you have something to hide?
Irrelevant.
Qualcomm chip tech is well protected by patents that could never be considered standards essential..
Nvidia and Icera found that out.
Why else would Apple put you in this situation?
