There were a number of informal sessions taking place on Monday at Oracle Open World(tm). Those were likely the sessions that the original poster attended as they were customer centric. For the regular SPARC(tm) and Oracle Solaris(tm) sessions, those were standing room only.
why still discuss about SPARC and Solaris? Both are simply a closed case, I was actually surprised that these 2 sessions were arranged at OOW.

LOL. The OOW Solaris booth has been like that for years.
Better yet, pay entire laid off SPARC/Solaris team to attend the session with ES to repeat the taped message face to face one more time.
Should have paid someone to attend and pretend like audiences.
Hopefully at least 6 people show up at the m8 launch. They’ve been working long and hard on the demos. 🤣
