A question I can't ask anonymously on the Watercooler - can anyone confirm that, now that we are a GE Company, we (BHGE) are in the process of having our pay bands and salary levels restructured, or harmonised with those of GE ?

If so why is it being kept so quiet? Why is Semolina not being open and transparent about it? Why are the people most likely to be affected the last to know anything?
