that just mean we are not layoffing anyone just trying to balance our opex. get out so another function can get in
Also, we are never linear. We fire 500 people and acquire a 500 person company.
Hard to analyze.
If WARN is triggered for a layoff, the headcount will remain the same for possibly 2 months because those given notice may still be on Dell payroll...just without a badge, laptop, access to their old building, company credit card.
