Customer service, customer relations aka escalation specialist aka account managers and their UMS were cut. They've been telling us for months our jobs were safe.
Not sure why they cut us when CRT was always busy. Yet they moved all of the customer service teams to different departments. Customer service for co brands is pretty much non-existent in Hagerstown.
We have Jill and our vendors who don't know back sh-- about the products to thank for that.
