Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

HCM'S now told to do "monitored status" and "move people on".

Lets see, we are to move people on rosters to monitored if "meet criteria" that HUMANA set, move them to some PHC and yet there is no replenishing of our rosters. HMMMM you think CUTS right before holidays for HCM'S in true HUMANA FASHION......seems fishy to me....

Can you work with other contracted agencies if aid off as a full time HAH associate?

Some of us just tend not to dramatize everything even when we knew it was severance information.

Do we know that the Health education / coaching that is “not available” in 2018 is definitely referring to HAH?

Every member I’ve checked says “not available” for next year, but I’m unsure that is HAH.

Move them to monitored and don’t ask any questions about why the plans next year say “not available” for the program. And if members ask about why their 2018 info details that change, just send them to customer service. Something is very fishy.

I agree with you, Poster Q02Lddp-

qqr. The original post is fishy. The monitored members stay on RN rosters, unlike the PHC monitored members who move off PHC rosters and onto the Nurse Triage queue for future follow up as alerts fire.

Original poster has it all wrong anyway. Monitored are not even going to phcs. Sad that you can't even put out basic information correctly. These members stay with the HCMRN but don't get monthly calls. Are you really a HUMANA HCMRN ? Freaking sad if you don't even the basic program at this point.....

Why are these old posts being my reposted? The monitored status push is old news by now.
