The existing board is as responsible if not more than I Melt for the stock price, what can be done to get them out?

@ Stop Whining .... have you ever worked a day in your life? If so, you would understand that even if we, the non management, do every right we can still get screwed by unethical leaders. back-up jets, ridiculous bonuses, business sales at bad pricing, acquisitions that don't fit, etc etc. so tell us again to stop whining????
Stop whining and get back to your machine on the workshop floor.
