Word is spreading that the exiting leader had the company paying for frequent expensive haircuts?

How about a claw back? An apple blossom princess is entitled to so much.
I think the conversation on this topic should be on whether this is reasonable. These types of excesses are probably rampant and when people are loosing their jobs, is it reasonable for the company to pay for things like this?
