yes and don't forget the pension is substantially invested in GE stock. great way to screw the employees
Even if successful, the largest settlement listed in the article with $22M which is $88 per employee (250k employee) BEFORE the legal fees which will take the bulk of it. Wish those impacted, myself included would receive the benefit but sadly the lawyers will be primary beneficiaries.
