SHLd will probably announce 3rd qtr earnings (aka losses) on 12/6. I fully expect major news to come from this including the sale of BUs and/or major liquidation of stores/inventories. Seritage earnings on 11/2/17 will also give some light into how bad SHLD announcements will be in December.
