Been thinking why they don’t want to hire holiday help,it’s because the ones getting eliminated are the holiday help.

How can one club give their associates 2 percent raise and another give 3 percent???
Who got a 3% increase? Our facility
has only received a 2% increase
the last two years.
I was told too many payroll dollars in receiving so the clerk and I(lead) do other things on floor and work different shifts.Dont mind helping other departments,but don’t complain about receiving when I’m not back there.Just give me my final date already
my club mgr has never hired holiday help in all the yrs he's been there (over 10) he says they have no interest in what they do and theft goes up. p/t get more hours and yes the business off ice associates and who ever else will be the holiday help
When dud they raise it to 3%. We have only goit 2%.
Yep this is the new way of business. If you think that you won’t be effected think again. It does not matter how you bust your a--. With the same 3% raise everyone gets why try, that’s even if you get one this year.
Because sales and revenues are collapsing, that's why. Amazing it doesn't occur to any of you that there is a reason for these layoffs.
I think you are right! We will be their Holiday help. Managers are trying to put TL's on the registers. The store is very busy but we have no help for the upcoming Holidays 😞
