11/16 will be bad. HR bringing in outside resources to handle the load. One bright side, RIF'ed staff get 6 weeks of pay to 12/31. All double-confirmed.

I keep hearing the 11/16 date too here in Network. Stopped by thelayoff to see the chatter. The package I'm hearing is about right. I was on the bubble in the Oct 15th RIFF and we were paid until 12/31 too, in addition to the time in severance package...

California will be announced today due to 60 day notice period. Rest of the company on Nov 15th. I have heard 50% or more RIF under Pai's PDI org. And 10% across rest of the company.
Confirm. Is no rif. Some the lazy worker replace by most agile worker.

Heard the same in a meeting today. 10% across the board. Can stay till 12/31 but don't have to. Severance package has not changed. Very sad days here.. Good luck to all.
