QUESTIONS ABOUT SEVERANCE PACKAGE

I have a question about the severance package. I have already received my packet, read it, and send it back in. I've read a lot of different post about the severance package where people would have received it two weeks after they sent their packet back and from some who have not received their pay at all. This makes me a little anxious and concerned. Just wondering because in the packet it stated that I paid would come within 20 days of the day we separate which for me is November 15th. For those of you who will let go in the first wave did you receive final payment plus your severance package? The reason I'm asking is because I separate on November 15th and normal Payday for Molina is on the 17th. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if I'm going to get a final paycheck on the 17th or the final two weeks plus the severance package plus the transitional check. Just wondering. Thank you in advance and I appreciate you all

Any update on this? Is it mailed check or direct deposit?

Simply put:

17th: Final pay period pay + PTO cash out

2 weeks after you send in your agreement: severance pay + transitional assistance

(this is exactly what will happen). I was part of the first wave and I've been paid out everything.

The details about this are in the documents you got. People who have been let go and have been paid out are not likely to come back to this site. They are over it. Ask HR or payroll or the person you sent your agreement to, to be executed.

It is VERY important that you read and understand both the Severance and Release Agreement and the "Project Nickel Exits - Frequently Asked Questions". There is information regarding who to contact if you have further questions. I wouldn't rely on anything posted on this website. I had an attorney review the documents for me. I'm very glad I did. Be sure you understand it before you sign it and return it as there are some waivers you are agreeing to and some specific actions you are agreeing to that if you break your agreement......you could sacrifice your payouts. All your answers are in those documents for you. If they aren't, the info on who to ask is. You will not likely get answers posted here as it would violate the confidentiality agreement.
