Yes. Those who received notice today were offered the same as every other time. 60 day notice and severance.
More than likely yes as it is company policy. 2 weeks per year of service is the norm. Minimum 1 month for those here less than a year
Not a silly question. They do not have to offer severance and even though it has been offered in past, nothing is guaranteed.
The meeting isn't happening until tomorrow. People just got the confidential email from HR late this afternoon.
No question is silly. A simple yes or not answering would be appropriate and appreciated
