Maybe OP just wants an end to the constant roller coaster of stress and worry. There are a lot of people on here who just want it done with. It's not about wanting to be laid off or a feeling of ease of finding another job. It's about just wanting the a**holes making these choices to not have this level of control over our lives any longer.

The ACA fiasco has done tons of damage industry wide. It's sad really!
You want to be laid off? Why? Because you assume you'll easily find another job? if so, you might want to spend some time reading "Latest Posts" on this site, where you will discover that Humana is not exactly the only healthcare industry company laying people off, not by a long shot.
Hospitals, clinics, suppliers, layoffs going on everywhere. It's the entire industry, not just Humana.
