Drop in the bucket. Burlington location has what 200 ppl in it? 200/140,000 employees?

I know it s---s, but it may be a lot for that location, but not for Dell.

Debt slaves feed, house and clothe themselves the master just tells them the hours and amount of production expected out of them.

Canada's economy is booming. Unemployment rate has never been so low. Dell laying off good people? No problem: they should be able to find better jobs soon, especially in GTA. And given what's coming up with the benefits that will be "aligned with the market", it might be easy to find better conditions elsewhere.

Once you've integrated the fact that Dell, as a company, has no vision (except about the flavor of the month) and will always treat you like a number, it is much easier to just let go. Dell does not owe anything to its employees, only to its shareholders.
