It is hard working here. I was one of those optimistic ones who pushed to get things done, I am now being pushed to get thins done and I have no motivation.

Since this is an insider forum, I didn’t expect google to clear up the Anniston question. Instead of leveraging my new power in HR position to fix things, I’ll pass along what I’ve found out without calling -oioy a twit...
“Annistonl is evidently an Aerospace site in Oxford Alabama. Seems obvious to those of us not in Oxford aka Anniston, right?
“Calhoun County authorities say no injuries have been reported at Honeywell in Oxford after heavy rains caused two roof collapses this afternoon.

Calhoun County Sheriff Matthew Wade said crews are currently on the scene at the facility off Cliff Garrett Drive.
Capt. L.G. Owens of Oxford Police said initial reports were that two partial roof collapses had trapped 200 people inside the building, creating a "mass casualty event." But officials quickly learned on the scene that those reports were inaccurate.
"Thank God that's not apparently the case," Wade said.
Currently, all employees are accounted for, according to Oxford Police Chief Bill Partridge.”
Honey, morals may be low in Clearwater but morale is low at ALL Honeywell sites!
If you cannot google "anniston honeywell", I hope you're in HR. Surely no one that dense would be allowed near hardware.

Better fix that roof!!!! Ask all of us in Anniston....We are lucky that no one was hurt or killed.
Quit complaining. The beaches are nice and so is the weather! Not everyone gets to work at the beach...or at home.

Yeah, Clearwater suxs, but it is not just Clearwater - it's all of Honeywell on the US. The goal is to send all the work to India and China and have US oversight engineers only. This strategy is keeping the stock high, but it has destroyed this company and all the great talent we had is no longer here. Only "yes sir" and zombies are left. I, like many, am planing my next move and applying everywhere. It is just a matter of time before I leave as well. There is no innovation and metrics rule the kingdom. Sad story to a once great company. Let me get back to work, I need to work on my EEI and Yied.
Working at Clearwater is the worst job I’ve ever had, horrible leadership (all the good ones are gone) horrible ethics, horrible HR, horrible building. Christ the roof leaks, mice in the halls, and the parking lot has more holes than the moon. What a mess.
What's this? Unhappiness in Clearwater? After ALT gave back your crowned jewel of a site leader, you all should be on your knees being thankful to be led by such a great manager! Now back to work you ungrateful worker bees! We have to attain our unrealistic goals that we have been pursuing for the last 3 years!
I snagged a VRIF and am starting my pension Jan 1. My moral could not be higher. My sympathies to those left. It was the pits when I left and I know it's not getting better.
Same at sky harbor! This place has the morale of a POW camp....everyone walking around like zombies, going through the motions and applying for jobs outside the company. I'm getting no less than 3 org announcements per week of people leaving or taking new roles when others leave. I can't wait to tell HR I'm quiting.
Try working at Rocky Mount. All summer long on the hottest days (so called "A Days") the air conditioning is turned up (hotter) and lights are turned off all over the plant. Some hallways so dark you literally had to use a flashlight to walk down them. People at Tier meetings holding clipboards and paper fanning themselves to keep from sweating. But, the money to totally refurbish the front offices has miraculously appeared even though over half of the cubicles are empty.
Haven't the kindness rocks improved morale?
At least the new glass conference rooms will make it sound like somebody still works there. Have to leave the area every time there is a meeting. Reminds me of loud larry

The peons still use terms like "morale," as if the execs care one iota the work environment. You don't understand what's going on at all.
