Will there be more layoffs happening next week?

I thought there were stages with che/phc but month(s) apart. I do not think hcms are in the clear (opinion). My assumption is that they will wait atleast 4 weeks. It gives more time for members to be moved to monitored and better enrollment projections as OE ends Dec. 7th.
You can about gaurentee layoffs won't stop until they "restructure" the COMs & teams.
I assume they count a monitored member as 1/4 to 1/6 of a managed member. Ie roster of 24 monitored = 4-6 managed. They will eventually increase roster size to this once enrollment is over (opinion). This is also why they are pushing to do grad survery on utc... shrink roster down, lay off and replace with nurses who get less pay and give less push back.
Our COM did not say that when asked that question yesterday
Our coach did say that the only thing she could say for sure was no more layoffs this year.
Oh, I think the person in another thread was confused. What are the chances they are sending out confidential invites today for a meeting next week sometime? That doesn't sound right
There was talk of it in the previous post.
OP, what makes you think next week?
No they have never done stages before. I am sure more will come at the end of the year when they can assess membership. If it falls short of the projections then many more will be cut.
Can I ask who said yes to more layoffs, then said no?
Have they ever had a layoff in stages before?
Yes more layoffs, then a no go more layoffs? Why do you think next week is the time?
I was also in meeting today where the answer given on layoffs was confusing to say the least. So I took that as more coming before end of year. The answer was a yes followed by a no within 2 minutes regarding 2017. So who knows
What was said in your meeting? What role?
Why just a week apart? Makes little sense. A month or two apart but for the same to do it a week apart makes zero sense
Because they still have members to manage and money to make.
Why would they not do them all at once?
Could someone with credible information please comment about this. We were not given a straight answer in a meeting a few minutes ago.
