I used to work for VZW do over 10 years in CA and have seen company get more and more greedy. Any employee that thinks VZW cares about them is delusional. The only thing the company cares about is making money and sees every employee as a number. Anyone who thinks that sales is what makes the company money is an idiot. There is a reason why the company started to put a value to every customer and new customers have 0 value until they have had service for a period of time. My recommendation if you work for the company utilize tuition assistance program get education and move to an organization that has a goal of retaining it's employees and not just s--- them dry and then throw them out.
