Accounting Leads & Cash Recyclers

Curious as to how the accounting leads are feeling about the recyclers? Has it really saved on the work load? How are doing the CFT's going?

I have already left the office and they still call me on my days off to ask questions that were went over during training that no one went to. Or to discuss issues the new machine is giving them. It's not my problem anymore!

I’ve been with the company 28 years. This is a joke. I can deal with change but this is ridiculous! No managers know what is going on. No one does. Guess Wal-Mart just loves giving money away. Hope it backfires in there face. Taking severance and hoping life after Walmart is out there. Good luck to you all!

well i’ve too have come to the conclusion sam’s doesn’t care about money. that is obvious in other areas as well, self checkout, scam and go, mem sats for ridiculous reasons etc. when a cft for mem sat is done on register it never gets done at the machine. i have yet to research or care about shortages. the control has been taken away. NOTHING will be corrected going forward. the machine jams everyday in all different places. but it’s what they wanted so Dec 1 is very near and i’m very gone.

If it saves time, I haven't figured out how yet and will be gone before I do. Seems to create more work if you ask me. If it was connected to the SMART system perhaps I could understand, but we still have to enter everything and it's harder to fix things. CFT's are a mess, people that don't even know what a CFT is are trying to enter them. Tills aren't getting checked in properly. Good luck with getting things figured out and properly researched in four hours. I've determined that SAM's doesn't care how much money it's losing these days. Perhaps if they did, they wouldn't be getting rid of all their knowledgeable long term associates. Guess they have to make the money up some where.

It’s the “can’t get right” machine. I don’t like how the control is gone. Corrections are hard to spot and can’t be done after the day is done. We got a half day of training basically and bye Felecia it was. Glad I found a new job. Just sticking around p/t to get my severance.

It’s the dumbest thing a company has ever done! What a mess I’m leaving and taking severance!

The problems I am running into is that no one seems to know how to use it properly because they keep jamming the coin sorter. So far no problems with the cfts. I'm trying to train the 2 part timers. I get called all the time on my days off because someone has jammed some and no one knows how to fix it! Next week is my last week in the office.

Q5SSbo6-xmr. you sound as if you’re staying and losing out on severance and any accumulated PTO. probably a big mistake to stay for the few hrs it offers good luck.

We have had it since Monday. It is a pain. The training is minimal so you better listen up. No serious issues other than wrong cft accounts and trying to figure out the paperwork. I was a lead and I always took a lot of pride in my work, now it is just a job until I find something else. I am really frustrated and know this is not where I plan to stay. I hope we all find better jobs where we look forward to going to work again.
