I was on Medical Leave and received a phone call monday morning that my position was eliminated on. i was with UHC for 15 years.

Yes it’s legal. They can eliminate positions whenever they want.
It's legal - they just do not want to pay your wages any more.
It's at will employement. It's a contract.
I hate it, and it's unfair. Yet, it's legal.
That sounds like a lawsuit to me unless they transferred you to another department.
Is that even legal?
