This company is all about profits, and they treat their employees like they are a number. The health insurance they offer their employees could easily bankrupt the average employee if they get sick have to go to the hospital. There are certain companies that pay a pricy premium to have their claims paid in the United States, however a lot of that work goes to India without them ever knowing it. This company needs to be investigated in many ways as they are very unethical. Senior leadership is all about their huge saleries and bonuses and will do anything to achieve them.

This is true. I was part of mass UHC layoffs in 2017 and was amazed by my new employer's insurance benefits for employees (and yes, its another insurance company I work for now). I needed to go to urgent care just last Sunday for an allergic reaction and it only cost me $20 out of pocket.

Definitely true. They don't care about your quality of work just you're oversold and overdeveloped reputation.
