stupids from india? lol, it is everywhere, it is working out as a contest, who is more stupids and make sure to recruit more stupid, managements are about showing the stupids numbers and making sure that no voice goes beyond cubicles.if you work for great, it will be driven by passion but if you work for salary? it will be driven by bureaucracy or something else, there was a recruitment manger in BDC, who was rented a house to get prostitutes and and to please his bosses his colleagues, if recruitment is based on these factors then everyone can understand the quality of the employees on the floor, dell is running based on some momentum in its commodity business, once every companies moved in to ODMs or their own design, then who cares for companies like dell? so make your money till it last, loot as much as possible.

Actual issue is that managers managing the DC don't know ABCs of Storage. All this happed because Directors are recruiting only their brothers and sister.

Yep. We pulled the wool over cyclone management all over again today. Project moved right for six months and now we relax and enjoy till whole of next year.
BDC storage leaders and super techies should be given the platinum award for conmanship by Michael Dell. They have successfully fooled Hopkinton and everyone in the cyclone migration project. no workable code. Headless team working in sprints writing junk code which doesn't work. Most of us working on this project do not know what the hell we do. Just relying on fate for cyclone product development to be scrapped so that we be spared the ignomy and later bemoan on all the so called great stuff we did in this junk project. As pirates super techies always tell us keep focus on our monthly SMS notifying our salary credit.
This is casual discrimition. The location of the employee has nothing to do with their capability as is implied in this post. Stupid comment from someone in America - see what I mean?

team members after tell-dell score. Made few team member to leave the company.
Weren't these BDC storage directors implicated in a HR case of abuse. They were caught red handed abusing people. How come no action taken against them.
BDC storage is a classic case. Two senile useless directors who spend time playing video games and watching YouTube all day. Two useless super techies who don't know programming. All these people know is politics.
