Didn't everybody already know that SPARK had no foothold in the market? Where is the news here?

Last time I was with a Cisco employee he was still using Jabber on his laptop! Not that there's anything wrong with that, Jabber actually works...
The ELT will be able to spin this into a positive. Create new product categories for the earnings call, and manipulate the financials to depict a better story.
