I predict a deal will happen. There’s going to be a lot of layoffs, so prepare. Best thing you can do as employee is hold on to broadcom stock, it will move higher after acquisition

I'll take $70 no risk. For QCOM to get there on their own, they need 1) no royalty changes from Taiwan and South Korea, 2) to close NXP deal, 3) win U.S. FTC suit, 4) favorably settle with Apple, 5) hope Samsung, Huawei, Xioami, and Apple do not develop their own modem chip. Highly unlikely QCOM "runs the table" on all the above risks.

Oh come on, we know that there were talks already at management level. This is just an attempt to drive the price up in order to secure better golden parachutes for our management.

$60+10 isn't going to get shareholders excited. Once NXP closes, this was going over $60 anyway. Any ok resolution with Apple = 70-80.. Their "premium" is a joke. Come back with a combined $90 offer if they are serious.
