Trump talks about a lot. He does the opposite or nothing. Evidence? His companies abuse the H1B system. His properties use them to hire cheap labor instead of Americans. How can you look the other way on that? He is and always has been full of it. He's made his name on naive people who believed him and trusted him. Are you sick of all the winning yet?
Say what you want about Trump, but he was the only presidential candidate even talking about the abuse of H1-B visas and the discrimination against USA workers. Apparently based on the article he or his rhetoric is doing something. If you are a US citizen, I can't see why you would not be happy. However, I guess if you despise someone so much you will always look for an excuse to criticize.
