Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Unrealistic workloads

Is it just me, or are workloads getting worse by the day? With no set hours we are done when all of our tasks are done and there is no chance to finish all of them in regular time. I used to be able to do everything within 40 hours and now I can't remember the day I didn't spend at least several hours working at home - no pay ofc, because we only have 2 admin hours a week. Things are changing at Mondelez and not for the better.

They'll probably wait till after the holidays I'm thinking.

I believe by law they have to give us a 60 day notice.

That's why they have hired so many new merchandisers, ready for the mass exodus! Makes me wonder is they don't wait till after the holidays to announce?

Think it's bad now wait till they announce layoffs! Part timers will quit when they find out that there's no severance for them
