HCL and cognizant (both heavily in AIG) are being sued for hundreds of millions for their "work. After these companies sue, they should fire the executive that signed up to off shore this work. Anyone who has ever worked with these off shore firms know that it is s complete disaster even to get to to the most basic tasks completed.

AIG and vendors are forcing contractors to work 60+ hours per week and not allowing them to submit more than 40 hours and as a result not paying for more than 40'hours. This cannot be legal.
