Train people better!

This is becoming ridiculous. My department isn't able to hit our quota because we're constantly losing good, experienced sales representatives wh--e being replaced by new employees that receive poor training (if any.) Management both lacks knowledge and desire to ensure they get proper training and guidance, which happens when you promote failed sales reps to management positions. All this means that new reps fail to meet their quotas, by a large margin. And if they fail, our entire department fails. There're a few of us wh--e really good at what we do, but we're not magicians. We can't make up for two thirds of the people wh--e barely making any sales. Thomson needs to train new folks better, or lose more experienced employees to competition.

So I take it F&R's 90% retention rate is slipping?
