Care plan training for phc’s.

At this point, does anyone know if care plan training for remaining phc’s will occur at all? Our coach does not know.

Whether or not the training will actually occur or not is just one hint pointing to whether any phc’s are meant to remain in 2018, so my team is anxious to know.

We are not looking forward to trying to fit care plans into our inflexible, stressful, often unreachable ten-a-day metric, but we do want to know what the real deal is with the training schedule.

Agreed - are PHCs just done? I don’t think we will be getting any emails on this in the name of transparency. 😆

So is it really rescheduled for January? And why don’t coaches know?

I know this isn’t a top priority for HAH right now, but PHC’s are trying to figure out if the early 18 round will mark the end for PHC’s or not. I realize we will likely know more after open enrollment.

You are correct. Layoffs have now happened but still no training. Maybe they will wait until after the holidays.

Agree with Q93Fk8V-gbq. The trainers had a calendar in front of them when they planned the PHC care plan training and Thanksgiving didn't bother them then. The training got canceled about a week before the layoff notices were given. Not a coincidence!

True. Wouldn’t make sense to train so many on care plans and just let them go. We did lose a lot of phc’s.

Let's be honest...the leaders delayed the training because they knew layoffs were coming. The training would've been completed before Thanksgiving. The holiday excuse doesn't stand up.

It will be in January. They delayed it due to the holidays.
