So can They lay off in the middle of December with another 60days of employment and those severance charges be posted to 2018

The layoffs are done for the company. They were discussed at the earnings call yesterday and all the severance charges were booked already. Done deal.
We will know about more layoffs after open enrollment closes. If numbers are low they will probably go around again mid December with more layoffs

So many different messages from different people, if hah is done, why wasn't everyone laid off? Or is hah "done" and they are reconfiguring it?

We were told they will reanalyze the numbers at the end of open enrollment and more decisions would be made then.
