I've never worked anywhere that had so many disturbed managers who took pleasure in mistreating employees. I've seen and experienced managers scream insults at people, bully them, even undermine their careers for personal gain. However, don't expect to receive any help from Ford HR. That department could be closed right now considering how useful they are. They will do everything to preserve the company's public image, meaning that managers will see no consequences as everything will be swept under the rug and you will have a fresh target on your back. The only one to suffer consequences is the person who dared to take it to the HR. Nobody is speaking up anymore. We know that it's pointless. Ford does not tolerate dissent of any kind. Being laid off from here would be a welcomed relief.

The thing about IT is that they are there for the company, not you or me. They will only fix something if it is a threat to the company name or bottom line. If you turn out to be the threat they will "fix" you. Beware of HR.
