It was confirmed that everyone is moving out of the ELM and G buildings by the end of March. Making room for tenants.

I know shoes and automotive are in the ELM along with Show. Show is a separate company so maybe they will stay put.
A lot of online people are in the G building. I'm guessing they'll be moved to the A building. Automotive is being moved to the B building. Not sure who the tenants will be, haven't heard that yet. They say it will be completed by the end of March. Layoffs ia likely to be apart of that timeline.
Building G is an odd choice for tenants because there is no close parking. To get there, you have to walk through A. Not that a new tenant couldn't, but D would be a lot more attractive, especially since Elm is already leased out. Erecting G was always a stupid idea, since it was never fully utilized. Only G2 and G3 were ever operational. That building was built 18 years ago, or about that. A triumph of poor planning.
So does that mean there will be further layoffs in HE as the new tenants will make up for the numbers to keep the tax breaks.
Online marketing are in G Building. Most positions being outsourced to an online marketing agency in Feb
Who are the new tenants?
Hope this is true, the women in one of those buildings are HOT!
It's actually a great thing. We are consolidating into a couple of buildings as opposed to being spread out so far from one another. We are excited to move closer to our co workers.
I know your referring to Hoffman Estates.
What departments are housed in the ELM & G buildings?
I'm guessing this isn't a good thing.
