Anyone have more insight on how all this is affecting pharmacist at the store level? Besides tech hours being cut - of course we all expect that every year.

Nothing - unless your store's operating hours were cut or your store was closed, in which case your base hours were cut as well to reflect. Stores would have been notified about this by now. They still need the licenses to operate the revenue maker for retail.
