So word is that they have started culling the herd om the 4th floor. Typical CB&I management....they leave town for a board meeting and let HR fire their most important allies...their admins! What a tot ball-less example of the "manly men" running CB&I. I don't know if I have ever been more disgusted by a company's actions!! Appalling. Unforgivable. Nasty. Horrid. And plenty more words I can't use here!

Mostly laying off clerks, admins, IT support, worker bees - no real $. Highly paid Execs are safe and they are the ones that got CBI into the mess with the hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil mentality- instead of dealing with problems.
Off to their Christmas party and to collect their bonuses!

Clearfield plant is issuing the WARN NOTICE next week sometime and rumor has it that they are only keeping 40 employees to run the Bending Division.
Execs fly off to The Hauge in their private jets, fire their admins while gone, classy. Presenting to board approval to sell the company’s most valuable asset, supposedly. When will there be a law suit filed against the incompetent BoD? Didn’t we learn this already in 2001?

When will they show Kirsten the door? She has decimated the legal department with her paranoia and secrecy. So afraid to rely on her people so she spends millions on law firms so she can hide her incompetence.
Upper management at CB&I definitely have any moral character whatsoever. Find peace in knowing you won't have to deal with them much longer.
