Can I claim its my religious believe that I can not be mandated to work OT without compensation , and if not work the free OT I get punished? It is my believe that God intended for one be compensated for labor.
Also for health reasons I can not work more than 40 hrs especially on a regular basis .
Do not give me this about exempts and salary . Why is hourly rate given on my paystub then.

Well, buddy I left last September. After nearly 2 decades with the company. I went out & aquired a small manufacturing company with nation-wide exposure. Now at the age of 38, I am able to reward myself with a salary of as much as or maybe a little more than the Aero-CEO's base salary. We all have a world of opportunities out there, or we can make our own opportunities. Life is too short. Make it happen-

Just like many wealthy people who got their fortunes by destroying others, they hide behind religion and philanthropy to personally atone for their sins. My question is why are we forced to work OT? Even if we are not that busy and/or get our work done in 40? I guarantee that folks wont get any more work done in 44 than they do in 40.
When I worked at Hon. Managers scheduled "mandatory" overtime Saturday & Sunday. I flat out told my boss that the God of the bible, whom I worship, commands me to work 6 days and rest on the sabbath. So, I have to honor God. I told my boss if the company doesn't like that answer, that's completly fine. I will shake hands & walk out the door to find another job.
I don't work on Sunday's if I'm working Monday thru Saturday period. They honored that.

According to the act I can request "accommodation" and they (the company) will have to provide reasons that "accommodation" will cause the company financial hardship. The onus is on the company. The company is not losing money. In fact it is running away with corporate greed ... demanded faster and fast growth.
You can certainly claim that as your religious belief, and not work hours past 40 based on that.
The company will then be free and clear to provide you with the opportunity to find employment with another company whose work demands more closely align with your beliefs.
