Apparently our idiot CEO is still trying to buy Pinnacle Foods. Hopefully this will turn out to be his death rattle like Ralcorp was Rodkin's.

They don't have the funds. Unless they sell off perhaps Chef Boyardee or Reddi whip. They have been on a buying spree lately and the pot should be getting low. Remember they want healthy selections and they go and buy snack food companies. Go figure.
