Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

BAC takes the tech division of labor a step further

BAC takes the division of labor a step further. It ensures that it is not totally dependent on any one individual in all areas so that anyone can be replaced like a spare part at any time. Hi-tech and any form of productive creativity cannot flourish in this type of environment and so progress and innovation are dead here. The overall function is like a machine churning on towards its own obsolescence.

Perfectly put, @QCwF9Ti-ezi. Team work and collaboration are necessary to move ahead. Individuals can do their own jobs and that's it. No progress is possible like this. And we need progress in this line of work. The way it is set up now, we can just sit and watch as everybody passes us by.

Same everywhere. Most idiots operate within the box they're given...and they stay within their box.

@4lns, must be a millennial! Obviously doesn't understand the thread. I'm seeing that on a lot of the threads here, people just posting garbage or maybe there's a deeper, hidden meaning here like replacing spare-parts having a negative effect is like replacing existing people with "other" people which ultimately leads to a really bad outcome?

One time I replaced my calipers with spare parts from AutoZone (non OEM) and crashed the sh-- out of my car.
