I think I would leave right away if I could get my RSU released early. I have about 200k in unvested stock. What should I do friends?
Layoffs have happened in small scale at SCL campus. At least 40 plus attrition at this time. Waited until RCU vesting to avoid lawsuits. Seeing someone voluntarily leaving each week around my office space...

It is only logical that there will be layoffs at some point in 2018. It doesn't take a crystal ball or a "CONFIRMED FROM VP" to know that. Business is Business and the synergy targets are clear.
Layoff is simply delayed until M&A done.
Layoff is scheduled for the 2 week of January, exact date is January 12.
