Test clubs, how many people are working in Claims? Ft/pt?

Everyone is expendable don’t thank your safe in any way. The whole club is a f---ing mess, what makes you think they give a f--- about the back room.
Our club has ALWAYS had just one full time claims. And we seem to be the return capital of the market too. Up until last year s/he has had zero help either. They finally trained someone to help out when needed. Claims is one position that is believed to stay. No way they could delete it. It would be instant death for the back room
