She has zero value to add here or anywhere else for that mattet. Just look at the unmitigated disaster that is oracle
FWIW, Board members don't run the companies. They mostly hire or fire executives and rubberstamp said executives decisions (until they fire them).
In any case, Disney has its own problems, namely the demise of pay TV and collapsing subscriptions to ESPN and other Disney cable channels. Fortunately for them, their movie and theme park biz is still doing great.
Following MH’s example - on to wreck another company, not much else she can wreck at oracle and just sitting around gets boring, so hey why not
