Thread regarding L3 Technologies layoffs

CSE needs to close

Where to begin, tis the season for the hypocrisy. The 2018 ethics calender is coming out or what I like to call, the trash can liner. BD is at it again, having their 4th offsite meeting this week. Oh I should mention that they are going to a hockey game too. But it is for team building, so all is fine. I'm sure those who were forced out would understand. They need to close and put all of those entitled a-- holes out on their a--.

They’ve always had their own way of doing things. It’s lead to the good ol boys club that we have in charge. But that looks like it might be changing if mighty micha can’t turn it around. Our pole dance loving CEO won’t tolerate a division that isn’t growing like the bulge in his pants for his secretary.

Don't get me started... CSE imposes its own bizarre travel regs not followed by the government or even other L3 departments. Countless hours wasted trying to account for trivial expenses.

They pay HL $100k to reject expense reports over a 5 cent discrepancy? Can't a computer do that for free?

Well I saw Herb Lewis (Audit Mgr) in the recent XMAS party pics at the aquarium....WTF No need to pay $100k salary - all OH...same with Accounting and Finance and Pricing and scheduling and Contracts....no bang for the buck......should bring in cheaper/younger folk. No brain drain with current high priced s---lings....at the tithe

Our total population is about 650. Only 200 are engineering, probably another 100 or so in OPS. That leaves the rest as overhead. No wonder we are sinking.

Micha is probably hoping to buy some time with new the VP being from commercial (and not a GE spinoff). It won't buy him much though...

Yes a new VP and a new Director hired not long ago and some new managers or other folks who need to be in offices. Too bad about the recent layoff, but we have to maintain our priorities.

How can CSE be a multi million dollar facility and be worried about cutting two feet off of work benches so as not to pay for the square footage ? not a good sign. How encouraging was the farewell retirement speech today in the cafeteria and the guest of honor says " Next year looks good, but after that.."

" When suppertime came, the old cook came on deck sayin'

Fellas, it's too rough to feed ya

At seven pm a main hatchway caved in, he said

Fellas, it's been good t'know ya "

With a new VP at the wheel (from commercial, no less), perhaps the end is nearer than we think.

How can they call those clowns BD or Marketing? They don't do either of those things. Name one big contract we've won or customer to sell our goods to, that's come as a result of that crack squad of overpaid, self indulgent dipsh!ts.

Maybe the Governor James J. Florio Center for Public Service can use some more space. Or maybe somebody can start the Gregory B. Roberts Center for Social Justice.

Our new CEO will see to it. We haven't grown in years. No growth is the way out of the L3 family.

It's only a matter of time before Cooper or LMCO takes over the 3rd floor.

Not sure why they don’t have the meeting in the Impact Center. At least then it would get some use.
