Did anyone see any dime of it. Any woman got any payout?

Not every woman who works at, or who worked at, Qualcomm in the lawsuit time period received any money from the payout. I was laid off in November 2015 and was asked a couple of months ago by a still-employed woman ex-coworker if I had received a letter. I had not, nor did a few of the other women I know that had been laid off. Come to find out, the payout depended on what your job title or level was during the lawsuit time period. Those whose job title did not fit into the "criteria" were not included in the lawsuit. My friend sent me a copy of the letter as proof. She was lucky in that her manager had changed her job title several times - so got some of the payout.
Did every employee receive a check if she's a woman?
